Job Description Network Design & Implementation Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management. Operations & Monitoring Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Orion, and Wireshark. Respond to and resolve network outages and performance issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain VMware hosts and virtual environments; perform health checks and capacity planning. Security & Compliance Implement and enforce network security measures, including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and firewall policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001) and organizational security policies. Manage ServiceNow queues for network-related incidents and changes. Collaborate with major incident management teams for critical issue resolution. Documentation & Process Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, and network diagrams. Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for audit and knowledge sharing. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Cisco networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless) Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP Network security and compliance frameworks Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark) Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities Base Salary : 95K CAD This posting is for a current vacancy TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
