This role involves managing the development team, coordinating with other teams across the company, gathering requirements for new enhancements, overseeing and participating in the development lifecycle, and ensuring the quality and stability of the system. Your responsibilities as a Technical Program Manager at Fix Network Manage the development team and ensure optimal performance of the team. Coordinate with other teams to gather requirements and ensure the system meets user and business needs. Participate in all phases of development including design, development, code review, debugging, unit tests, maintenance, and evolution of various projects. Provide time and effort estimates to develop and implement solutions. Optimize reporting and database queries for performance. Build the deployment package and deploy the tested solution in the production environment. Provide expertise and act as a technical expert during the initiation, planning, and execution phases of various projects and initiatives. Help define development technologies and coding standards in accordance with the company's orientation. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Ensure the quality and stability of the system through thorough testing and validation. Other related tasks. The Pilot we are looking for: Bachelor or college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant software development and team management experience  Bilingual, French and English, a strong asset.  Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server). Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and TypeScript. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services, DevOps and .Net C# is a great asset. Knowledge of Extenso is considered an asset.
