As a Fashion Associate, you will process and stock fashion merchandise while maintaining modular and signage integrity. You will greet customers, promote products and services, locate merchandise, support purchase decisions, and resolve or refer concerns. The position includes daily planning, seasonal arrangements, and safe workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Process, stock, replenish, and merchandise fashion items
- Maintain clean, tidy salesfloor areas for customers
- Use proper fixtures, supplies, and modular signage
- Complete safety sweep logs and secure displays
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Provide customer service in a polite, friendly manner
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain safe, clean, hazard-free work areas
- Support daily tasks and seasonal arrangements
