Deliver excellent customer service at Walmart Canada while supporting merchandising, stocking, and sales-floor organization in Lloydminster, Alberta. Maintain customer-ready areas.
As a General Merchandise Associate, you will greet customers, assist with product selection, locate merchandise, and support purchase decisions. You will also communicate with associates, maintain floor coverage, and help resolve or refer customer concerns. The work supports a positive shopping experience across general merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the sales floor
- Assist customers with products, services, merchandise, and purchase decisions
- Maintain assigned areas through zoning, recovery, and organization
- Stock merchandise, complete downstocking, and execute modulars
- Follow safety procedures and complete safety sweep logs
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Occasional ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Support Walmart customers through dependable service, organized merchandising, accurate stocking, and safe general merchandise operations in Lloydminster.
