Users interact with personal agents, complete missions, collaborate in teams, and receive incentives that translate participation into agent‑based income and wealth (ABI). In March, we are launching an imminent live pilot with the University of Toronto Fintech Association. This pilot will operate across in‑game systems and external community channels simultaneously, with real users engaging through missions, social coordination, incentives, and feedback loops. The Role We are seeking a Community and In‑Game Experience Manager to manage the live player community across both social media and in‑game environments, and to actively integrate those surfaces into a coherent incentive structure. This role is responsible for ensuring that: in‑game activity is reflected and reinforced in social spaces, incentives feel consistent, fair, and motivating across channels, users experience the platform as responsive and intentional. You will be responsible for: Managing and moderating Moneetize’s social media community (e.g. Discord, X, Instagram, etc.) Designing and executing social‑to‑in‑game incentive bridges (missions, rewards, recognition, progression) Coordinating announcements, updates, and calls to action across social and in‑game surfaces Supporting users during onboarding, missions, and live events Facilitating team coordination and community participation Monitoring engagement, confusion, friction, and emergent behaviour Relaying actionable insights to product, narrative, and systems teams Helping maintain consistent tone, fairness, and clarity across the live experience Potentially hosting 1 or 2 in‑person events at the University of Toronto Fintech Association You will help design and manage: incentives for social participation that map to in‑game outcomes challenges or missions initiated or amplified through social channels recognition and status mechanisms across platforms event cadence and community rituals feedback loops between player behavior and system response You will contribute indirectly to the CEIF by: observing how social dynamics influence participation and incentives documenting behavioural patterns and edge cases helping ensure community activity remains aligned with stated goals and constraints This is not a research role, but it supports research validity. This role is well suited for someone with experience in: Community management for games, platforms, or live systems Social media management tied to incentives or participation mechanics Moderating and facilitating structured online communities You are comfortable with: Managing ambiguity in early systems Balancing user needs with system integrity Clear, calm communication under pressure This role is not suited to candidates focused primarily on: Influencer marketing or brand content calendars Follower growth without system integration Passive moderation without incentive design Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Business Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
