We're on the lookout for a seasoned and talented Senior 2D Artist to join our creative team and contribute to the visual excellence of our games.

**Role Overview**: As a 2D Game Artist at Tier 9 Game Studios, you will play a vital role in crafting enchanting characters, breathtaking environments, and captivating assets that define the visual allure of our gacha-style mobile games. Your artistic prowess and creative insight will drive the aesthetic direction of our games, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market and resonate deeply with our player community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization, design, and creation of 2D characters, backgrounds, and assets that align with the game's themes and mechanics.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, and other artists to deliver cohesive and visually stunning game content.
- Generate high-quality art assets for promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and in-game events to engage players and build excitement.
- Contribute to the development of the game's art style and maintain consistency throughout all visual elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, gacha mechanics, and player preferences to ensure our art remains fresh and captivating.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, art reviews, and contribute to the creative direction of the games.
- Work within technical constraints and optimize art assets for various devices and screen sizes.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong portfolio of 2D game and character art. We don’t require an art degree or diploma if you can show proven talent as an artist.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- A deep understanding of gacha-style mobile games and their unique visual requirements.
- Strong grasp of color theory, composition, anatomy, and perspective.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality.
