The Opportunity BIM Designers play a critical role in delivering high‑quality data‑enriched models and the resulting drawings to our clients. In this role you will collaborate closely with design engineers from various subject areas to contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities Draft mechanical design and concept with BIM workflow such as BIM Execution Plans, LOD matrix, MEA. Work closely with engineers and designers to create models and drawing sets, ensuring overall design integration. Apply workflows to review BIM models for data consistency, contractual requirements, and model health checks. Use data insights to address code compliance and interference checking issues; proactively communicate design coordination issues and resolve them. Provide technical support and mentoring; co‑create digital inception plans, host training, onboarding, BIM kick‑off sessions and prepare support documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Building Services or industry‑equivalent. 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or construction industry. Proven understanding of BIM workflow including BIM Execution Plans, LOD matrix, MEA. Excellent knowledge of mechanical modelling; familiarity with multidisciplinary (SMEP) modelling in Autodesk Revit. Proficiency in a recognised modelling authoring platform – Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation or similar. Proficiency in a recognised coordination platform – ACC, Navisworks, Revizto or similar. Knowledge of a recognised modelling authoring platform – Rhino, SolidWorks or similar. Must not require sponsorship now or in the future. Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
