Job Description *
The Partner Solutions Sr Business Analyst is the key to the TPS Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance the team will use to build its campaigns. Working closely with the Sr Market Manager, the Events and Enablement Manager and the Sr Marketing Communications Manager, the Sr business Analyst will operationalize and deploy campaigns designed to create lead generation, build brand awareness and upsell and cross sell to the current TPS customer base. The Sr Business Analyst will also report on all campaigns deployed, employ best practices and market insight to tweak campaigns in flight, and provide analysis in order to improve ongoing campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience *
Subject matter expert and owner of the TPS instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Complete familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to deploy all manner of campaigns - Salesforce Certification is a plus
* The ability to build emails in templates, utilize personalization, pull lists, as well as test emails prior to deployment. The ability to build new templates is also a plus
* Manage all reporting on campaigns deployed in terms of opens, hard bounces, clicks, unsubscribes etc
* The ability to build automations/journeys for lead generation and "always on" campaigns
* Familiar with B2B lead generation and best practices surrounding lead generation
* The ability to work with the Sr Market Manager to build lead generation automations and integrate data from various sources both digital and external (events)
* Familiarity with Account Based Marketing and campaigns associated with this in a B2B environment
* Reporting on the number of marketing generated leads, how many have converted to opportunities and sales
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
* Although not responsible for SFDC within TPS a working knowledge of SFDC will prove to be very helpful
* A solid understanding and grasp of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables is required
Compensation:
$40/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
