Employer Industry: Information Management and Data Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $105,100.00 Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth Flexible work options and paid time off to support work-life balance Chance to drive significant impact by enhancing customer relationships and loyalty What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive strategic account growth by identifying opportunities in low-utilization accounts and positioning services to increase revenue Lead the renewal and Request for Proposal process, negotiating pricing and managing contract compliance Act as a senior relationship lead to resolve complex service or billing escalations Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align industry trends with customer objectives Collaborate with Directors and Business Development Executives to transform low-share accounts into long-term partnerships What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field Strong knowledge of Information Management services and multi-line business systems Proven ability in relationship management and negotiation skills General business acumen with effective communication skills in a professional environment Proficiency in both French and English is preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in strategic sales or account management within the information management industry Familiarity with complex contract negotiations and compliance issues Established network within the Public Sector or relevant industry sectors Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes negotiations and proposals We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
