There has been an incredible migration to digital media in the Healthcare sector over the last three years due to the pandemic, and there are no signs of it slowing down. Clients are primarily media agency buyers/planners that represent Hospital Networks, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device companies. We are a publisher with over 25 health resource sites, and we partner with over 2,000 endemic health sites, to reach our database of 2.6 million Healthcare Professionals (by specialty and location), and 90% of US consumers, patients, and caregivers.

We are looking for a person with experience in digital sales and account management. 


The successful candidate will be a results-oriented person who is enthusiastic about sales and that will be focused on developing, nurturing, and proposing solutions for our clients.


Initially they will be a part of a dynamic team with the opportunity to develop and hone their skills and learn our company’s offerings and competitive advantages. They will leverage our industry leading sales tools, utilizing different digital tactics, and solution selling to the healthcare industry.


We view this position as a stepping stone to Executive Sales Leadership.


You will focus on developing new clients throughout the US, Canada and Europe, which includes:

  • Leading presentations and prospect calls.
  • Leading RFP responses for digital advertising campaigns budgeted from $50k to over $1M USD
  • Provide solutions to major pharmaceutical & medical device companies and their media agencies
  • Face-to-face meetings and in-person conferences (New York, Chicago, etc.)
  • Coordinate campaign management with technical staff.
  • Understand and be able to navigate the technologies and for data targeting and reporting for omnichannel (display, mobile, video, email, social etc.)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE previous sales and digital experience
  • MUST HAVE: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • MUST HAVE: Strong organizational, communication skills (written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and media agencies is a definite asset
  • Technical skills: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to travel to the US is essential
  • Must be able to come in person to the office (in North York, Toronto) every day
