You will own the heartbeat of our organization: the annual operating plan. From timelines to templates, from strategic alignment to final approvals, you’ll guide Service Lines, Shared Services, and global teams through a process that is thoughtful, disciplined, and deeply connected to our enterprise priorities. Most importantly, you’ll bring leaders together, create clarity where there is chaos, and maintain the single source of truth for our commitments across the fiscal year. Your Mission KPIs will become your language — not just numbers on a dashboard, but signals of progress, risks, and opportunities. You’ll track, probe, question, clarify, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Through regular conversations with Service Line leaders, you’ll spot issues early, surface concerns clearly, and make sure every objective has a path forward. Accountability will feel constructive, supportive, and shared. Bring Insights to Leaders Protect the Rhythm of Execution Who You Are A charismatic and tenacious leader who understands that process discipline is rooted in building sponsorship and turning complexity into clarity.
