Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. The Executive Experiences Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Executive Experiences and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing strategic experiences that strengthen relationships between 1Password executives, customers, and industry leaders. This role will focus on delivering high‑touch executive events, supporting the Executive Sponsorship Program, Advisory Board, and driving initiatives that build advocacy and deepen engagement across our most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and delivering executive‑level engagements for C‑suite and VP audiences, preferably within the Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity industries. They bring a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and relationship management, with the ability to craft meaningful, polished experiences that reflect 1Password’s brand and values. This role will partner closely with internal executives — including the C‑Suite, GTM, Marketing, and CS leadership — to align on engagement priorities, prepare leaders for participation, and ensure every interaction delivers measurable business impact. Acting as a trusted advisor and connector, the Executive Experiences Manager will foster relationships with senior customer stakeholders, uncover opportunities for deeper collaboration, and help scale a cohesive, high‑value executive engagement ecosystem. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. Key responsibilities: This role will own and support three core program areas within the Executive Experiences function, each designed to deepen relationships, strengthen advocacy, and elevate 1Password’s executive engagement strategy. Executive Sponsorship Program (ESP): Lead and evolve the Executive Sponsorship Program to strengthen relationships between 1Password executives and strategic customers. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify target accounts, align executive pairings, and design engagement strategies that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. Ensure executives are fully prepared for interactions through tailored briefings, messaging, invitation templates, and follow‑up plans. Track outcomes, capture insights, and report on engagement effectiveness to continuously improve program quality and impact. Advisory Board(s): Help lead the planning and execution of 1Password’s Global Executive Advisory Board, connecting key customers and industry leaders to drive alignment and advocacy. Oversee relationship management, agenda design, and meeting execution to ensure every interaction delivers meaningful business value. Partner closely with Product Ops to capture and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product and business strategy. Support the development of regional or vertical‑focused Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) as the program scales. Additional CxO Programs/Events: Plan and deliver high‑touch C‑level engagement programs including CISO dinners, executive roundtables, and select industry events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for executive participation that reinforce 1Password’s thought leadership and strengthen customer relationships. Design elevated, brand‑aligned experiences that foster trust, deepen engagement, and position 1Password as a trusted advisor. Manage end‑to‑end execution — from audience targeting and content planning to onsite delivery, and post‑event follow‑up and reporting — ensuring a cohesive and impactful executive experience. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in executive engagement, customer marketing, or strategic relationship management, ideally within the Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity space. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with C‑level and VP audiences, both internally and externally. Strong executive presence and communication skills — able to influence, prepare, and represent leadership with confidence and discretion. Demonstrated success in developing high‑touch programs or events that drive measurable business outcomes (advocacy, retention, expansion, brand perception). Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Communications to align on shared goals. Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong sense of brand stewardship, ensuring every experience reflects 1Password’s values and elevates our reputation with key stakeholders. A relationship‑driven, strategic thinker who thrives on connecting people, creating impact, and delivering exceptional experiences. Customer‑first mindset. USA‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $109,000 USD and $147,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $105,000 CAD and $143,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. We are committed to leveraging cutting‑edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn’t just encouraged at 1Password—it’s an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
