This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Property Manager, based in Edmonton, AB. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial management, property inspections, tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve property goals and maintain exceptional standards of service.
