About The Role As a CBRE Property Management Sr. Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties. What You’ll Do Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee hiring. Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach. Respond to high‑profile tenant needs and issues. Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure objectives are met. Prepare and deliver reports. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports with variance explanations. Help create advanced programs for emergency recoveries. Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary. Review tenant rent and common area maintenance charges to ensure timely payment. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience; experience and education combination considered. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex information and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team toward operational targets across disciplines. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
