*Wage: $23.92/hr - Increase provided when hired*

*Paid every Friday – direct deposit*

*Job Duties:*
* Maintain strong relationships and communicate regularly with customers
* Assist customers with a variety of tasks related to various requests, updates or verification of order status and other customer service duties that may be needed
* Manage and compile information from multiple sources and accurately file accordingly
* Clerical and administrative duties such as filing and maintaining up to date customer and carrier files
* Providing the appropriate and accurate paperwork for customers
* Other duties related to administration, data entry and customer service as assigned

*What we need from you:*

· 3-4 years of administrative assistant experience

· Strong experience with SAP \*\*\*

· Solid background in data entry and a strong attentional to detail

· Proficient computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office

· Excellent multitasker and ability to meet timelines

· Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
