**Job Title: TIG Welder $42/hr****Job Description**Join our team as a TIG Welder where you will be engaged in production welding of skids for data cooling centers. You will work on three distinct projects that involve TIG and MIG welding of light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. While assistance in fitting is available, being comfortable with fitting independently is advantageous.**Responsibilities**Perform TIG and MIG welding on skids for data cooling centers.Adapt to different welding techniques as projects vary slightly.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise welding.Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Operate shears and press brakes when necessary.Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Work overtime on weekdays and weekends as required.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.Ability to perform skid welding.Blueprint reading skills.Journeyman Welder certification.Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in using shears and press brakes is beneficial.Comfortable being clean-shaven and wearing a respirator.Fitting experience is a plus.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy a very large and clean facility with long-term projects extending well into 2027.
