The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work on various projects that require precision and attention to detail. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.
  • Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for projects.
  • Operate machinery including press brake machines and cranes safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Journeyman or Registered Apprentice is a requirement.
  • Experience in welding with an understanding of welding techniques and processes.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
