Our Ottawa based client, a confidential Federal Government department, is seeking an experienced Business Consultant (Level 2) to support capability building and value realization activities as part of a major modernization initiative. This role focuses on transitioning from planning to active operationalization of value realization practices , ensuring measurable outcomes and performance improvements across the program. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of analytical and performance capabilities. Develop and deliver training programs to stakeholders. Implement data quality assurance and data governance processes. Enhance performance measurement and value realization practices to align with strategic objectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the last 10 years(must be demonstrated using no more than 3 projects) Demonstrated experience in: Analytics and data management Performance measurement and reporting Training delivery & knowledge transfer Stakeholder engagement and project support Strong communication and facilitation skills Enhanced Reliability Clearance (active or eligible) Work Model Ottawa-based — hybrid/remote role (primarily remote work) #J-18808-Ljbffr
