Hiring: Project-Based Consultant (Paid Hourly / Time-Tracked) Business Management & Solutions Canada Inc. is building a network of experienced professionals to support our clients with: Business valuation & evaluation (SME, financial modeling, due diligence support) Buying & selling companies (deal support, LOIs, negotiations, closing checklists) Quebec investment / business immigration support (documentation, business plans, compliance coordination) Running businesses for absentee owners (finance, HR, legal/admin coordination, operational reporting) Who we’re looking for (freelance / contract) CPAs / Accountants (valuation, due diligence, financial statements review) M&A / Deal Advisors / Business Brokers (SME transactions, buyer/seller support) Business Analysts / Consultants (market research, KPIs, operational reviews) Legal professionals / Paralegals (corporate, contracts, compliance) HR professionals (recruitment, HR policies, performance frameworks) Operations Managers (SOPs, vendor management, owner reporting) Regulated immigration professionals: RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants); Immigration Lawyers / Quebec immigration specialists Experience with business/investment immigration streams is a strong asset.
