Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security protocols, and industry standards in a gaming context. Mentor and develop team leads and individual contributors, providing coaching on technical skills, leadership, and career / professional growth. Recruit and onboard top engineering talent to scale the team as the company grows Monitor relevant project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients. Plan, execute, and optimize the IT and Engineering budgets required to support the business growth Report directly to the COO, providing updates on projects and budgets statuses, delivery timelines, and resources allocation within the Engineering and IT teams.
