Join GraceKennedy Foods as we shape the future of food safety and innovation We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive the technical and regulatory strategy for all Grace-owned brands across all markets. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure world‑class standards in quality, compliance, and product integrity — delivering products that consumers trust. What will you be responsible for? Oversee regulatory compliance and labelling for all Grace‑owned food products across the USA, Canada, the UK, and the Caribbean. Develop and implement strategies for new product formulations, product changes, and regulatory approvals. Manage project implementation for new and updated food regulations. Consult on food safety and quality assurance initiatives, including HACCP, ISO22000, and CARICOM standards. Provide technical advice to internal teams and suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and compliance. Investigate and resolve consumer complaints, product non‑conformances, and recalls. Drive cost reduction and product improvement through process re‑engineering. Build regulatory awareness and technical capability within QA and R&D teams. Represent Grace Foods in engagements with regulatory bodies and external partners. What is required for the job? Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related field. A Master's Degree would be preferred. At least 7 years’ experience in quality assurance, R&D, or regulatory affairs within the food or beverage industry, including 3 years at a senior management level. Certified training in food safety management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO22000, CARICOM). Strong understanding of global food regulations and labelling standards (US, UK, Canada, Caribbean). Proven project management and cross‑functional leadership experience. Expert knowledge in food science, regulatory affairs, and quality management. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical writing abilities. High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organisational discipline. Ability to navigate regulatory agencies, manage audits, and drive compliance initiatives globally.
