You enjoy spending time on the store floor and encourage giving back in support of the community for the greater good.* You have experience embracing new initiatives focused on continuous improvement* Your skills span customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, and retail sales.* Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.* You enjoy providing feedback, empowering people, and mentoring in the moment.* You know your store numbers. You forecast and analyze sales and expenses.
