**Jiffy Lube is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in North Bay We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who is passionate about customer service. Under the direction of the District Manager, the Store Manager will lead the overall daily operations of the store while actively working on the shop floor providing automotive lubrication services.**

**Store Manager duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the shop.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
- Actively work on the shop floor completing lubrication services (80%)
- Supervise a team of service technicians and provide technical support when necessary.
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, mentoring, and training of new employees.
- Assist technicians in developing their skills and competencies.
- Monitors shop condition, including cleanliness, safety, and the condition of shop equipment.
- Inventory management, including cycle counting and product ordering.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Maintain weekly shop inspections for safety, organization, and cleanliness.
- Reconcile daily cash, debit and credit card transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Administer disciplinary action in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating work accordingly.
- Ensure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally.
- Ensure that timesheets are completed and submitted correctly on a weekly basis.
- Meet or exceed annual budgets including, sales and expenses, car counts, average ticket, labour, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Participate in workplace inspections.

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 2 or more years of hands-on automotive service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Fast lube experience preferred and is considered an asset.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Proficiency using computers and learning new technology and programs.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and work with budgets and understand company financial documents.
- Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance.
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of employees.
- Availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, store openings and closings to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license.
