Social is where our brand ethos lives – educating, empowering, and onboarding the next wave of crypto believers. We need someone who moves fast but thinks long‑term: a strategic builder who thrives under pressure, leads with conviction, and knows when to go from zero to viral. Shape and protect Kraken’s narrative across all platforms, including a unified social playbook that defines tone of voice, brand behavior, and content standards worldwide. Identify and scale into emerging channels, formats, and cultural touch points that keep Kraken ahead of the curve. Lead, mentor, and empower a high‑performing team of social media and community managers across global regions and time zones. Drive operational excellence – onboarding new tools, workflows, and technology to maximize team speed, creativity, and agility. Skills You Should HODL 10+ years leading social and content strategy in fast‑moving, highly competitive environments. Proven success driving social strategy across complex product ecosystems – crypto experience a major plus. Experience building and leading social teams from the ground up, including hiring, structure, workflows, and culture. Deep knowledge of modern social publishing tools, listening and analytics platforms, and AI‑driven content workflows. Confident leading globally distributed teams and collaborating across regions, functions, and time zones. Crypto never sleeps. Be willing to roll up sleeves and jump in, solve problems, and protect the brand when it matters most.
