Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow implementations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals and priorities. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, timelines, and milestones, and effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including ServiceNow developers, system administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of project activities. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management and clients. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for additional services and support client relationship management activities. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices, and provide guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including scope definition, resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), are highly desirable. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
