Job Description Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team for an exciting full‑time role with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Canada. This is a remote role. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality of the ServiceNow platform. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation processes. Facilitate training sessions for end users and technical teams on ServiceNow functionalities. Mandatory Skills Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementation. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third‑party applications. Ability to design and implement complex workflows and business rules within ServiceNow. Preferred Skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow. Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and architecture design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
