Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing workload and lead complex IT initiatives across enterprise environments. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery , organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a strong emphasis on ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations . The ideal candidate brings a structured, hands‑on project management approach and is comfortable coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, visual diagrams, and risk registers Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders and leadership Coordinate cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance Support organizational readiness and change management activities using frameworks such as ITIL, PMP, and ADKAR Assist with process engineering and business architecture coordination to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and ITSM processes Conduct post‑implementation reviews, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices What You’ll Bring Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related field PMP or PRINCE2 certification Proven experience delivering IT projects, ideally within government or public sector environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migration, and SaaS projects Proficiency with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Project Management Industries: Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
