The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing events and managing intern recruitment processes from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.**Responsibilities*** Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high volume recruitment events* Manage the end-to-end intern recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer letters* Partner with Career Center Coordinators and develop relationships with target schools* Facilitate structured internship events to ensure an outstanding intern experience* Maintain a robust talent pipeline of interns and high potential candidates* Ensure adherence to global hiring processes and data collection via ATS (i.e., Workday) database* Provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accurate ROI* Continuously monitor industry best practices and provide improvement recommendations**Minimum Qualifications*** 5+ years in high-volume and intern recruitment* Strong interest in AI tools and process efficiency* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities* Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and peers across all levels* Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday, CRM)* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Canada* Ability to manage high-volume applications across multiple roles* Experience in event planning and coordination* Fluent in English; French preferredAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
