**Responsibilities**
- Develop and post job listings on various platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder’s internal resources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Analyze current recruitment methods and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of recruitment processes.
- Support clients in personnel selection and provide consultations on HR strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in online recruitment or technology companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and talent acquisition.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
