Your responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, fostering relationships with channel partners and senior leadership, and delivering customer-centric outcomes that advance our digital-first vision. You will focus on building delivery capabilities, generating actionable insights, and driving measurable improvements. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has a passion for cultivating strong partnerships. What you’ll do As a strategic leader, you’ll oversee channel partnerships, drive performance excellence and ensure cross-functional alignment. Your focus will be on maximizing channel effectiveness, mitigating risks, and aligning channel activities with TELUS Business goals. Key responsibilities include: Develop and lead strategic relationships with channel partners and internal partners Develop and implementation of channel strategy aligned with business objectives and a digital first approach Monitor and analyze channel performance against TELUS quality standards and targets Create and execute risk mitigation strategies for change management initiatives Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to TELUS Executive leadership Drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysis Performance Analysis & Optimization Oversee channel data to identify strategic trends and improvement opportunities to accelerate digital adoption Lead initiatives to enhance sales performance, quality, and operational efficiency Direct the optimization of channel processes to achieve revenue targets Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure accountability performance gaps through appropriate channels Cross-functional Leadership Serve as an executive primary liaison with our channel partners Lead communication and implementation of product updates, policy changes, and procedural modifications Identify systemic issues, drive root cause analysis and implement organizational solutions Facilitate knowledge transfer and training across teams Lead strategic planning and change management initiatives Qualifications What you bring Strategic Leadership: Proven leadership experience in building and managing high performance sales teams Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders Analytical & Communication Skills: A creative and strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and strong communication abilities to articulate complex complex problems into concise summaries, delivering executive level presentations. Business Acumen : Ability to translate broad strategic goals into meaningful and measurable programs. Organization & Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast paced-evolving environment Demonstrate Alignment with TELUS values: Ability to embrace change and innovation, strive for greatness, and build trust and integrity in your work is essential. Great-to-haves Experience in channel management and business operations, with more than 12 months of experience in a similar role Experience in digital sales & marketing Experience in strategic planning, governance, and program management. Familiarity with project management methodologies Working knowledge of TELUS products and services Experience leading transformational change management activities Required Professional Designation/Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Sales or related Technology fields or related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience. Salary Range: $126,000-$188,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
