Your responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, fostering relationships with channel partners and senior leadership, and delivering customer-centric outcomes that advance our digital-first vision. You will focus on building delivery capabilities, generating actionable insights, and driving measurable improvements.This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has a passion for cultivating strong partnerships.What you’ll doAs a strategic leader, you’ll oversee channel partnerships, drive performance excellence and ensure cross-functional alignment. Your focus will be on maximizing channel effectiveness, mitigating risks, and aligning channel activities with TELUS Business goals. Key responsibilities include:Develop and lead strategic relationships with channel partners and internal partnersDevelop and implementation of channel strategy aligned with business objectives and a digital first approachMonitor and analyze channel performance against TELUS quality standards and targetsCreate and execute risk mitigation strategies for change management initiativesPresent monthly and quarterly business reviews to TELUS Executive leadershipDrive market expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysisPerformance Analysis & OptimizationOversee channel data to identify strategic trends and improvement opportunities to accelerate digital adoptionLead initiatives to enhance sales performance, quality, and operational efficiencyDirect the optimization of channel processes to achieve revenue targetsEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure accountability performance gaps through appropriate channelsCross-functional LeadershipServe as an executive primary liaison with our channel partnersLead communication and implementation of product updates, policy changes, and procedural modificationsIdentify systemic issues, drive root cause analysis and implement organizational solutionsFacilitate knowledge transfer and training across teamsLead strategic planning and change management initiativesQualificationsWhat you bringStrategic Leadership: Proven leadership experience in building and managing high performance sales teamsStakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical & Communication Skills: A creative and strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and strong communication abilities to articulate complex complex problems into concise summaries, delivering executive level presentations.Business Acumen: Ability to translate broad strategic goals into meaningful and measurable programs.Organization & Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast paced-evolving environmentDemonstrate Alignment with TELUS values: Ability to embrace change and innovation, strive for greatness, and build trust and integrity in your work is essential.Great-to-havesExperience in channel management and business operations, with more than 12 months of experience in a similar roleExperience in digital sales & marketingExperience in strategic planning, governance, and program management.Familiarity with project management methodologiesWorking knowledge of TELUS products and servicesExperience leading transformational change management activitiesRequired Professional Designation/CertificationBachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Sales or related Technology fields or related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.Salary Range: $126,000-$188,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
