Key Objectives Collect, analyze, and interpret online data to support business goals. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance digital strategies. Deliver clear, actionable reports and visualizations to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to improve data quality and insights. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets. Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives with data-driven insights. Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes. Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in online data analysis, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce. Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Strong skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis techniques. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
