Proof of work As Lead Product Marketing Manager – Inky, you will drive and execute the product marketing strategy for Kraken’s Inky trading app, leading high‑impact launches, campaigns, and retention initiatives. The opportunity GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Inky, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention for core trading products. Campaign Leadership: Own full end‑to‑end campaign management across email, social, influencer, display, ATL. Lifecycle Marketing: Optimize the customer journey, deploying engagement strategies that maximize LTV and retention. Product Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex financial products into compelling, easy‑to‑understand value propositions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, growth teams, design, analytics, and executive leadership. Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on key product KPIs, including awareness, feature adoption, retention/LTV improvements. Thought Leadership: Champion customer insights to inform product roadmaps and marketing initiatives. Skills You Should HODL 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM), preferably in fintech, trading (crypto, futures, options). Strong crypto expertise and passion, deep understanding of market trends, user behavior, regulatory landscape. Familiarity with building and maintaining successful influencer programs within crypto. Proven ability to drive growth strategies end‑to‑end across multiple product phases. A data‑driven marketer, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Creative storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives that differentiate Kraken in a competitive market. Experience leading cross‑functional teams in complex, fast‑paced environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, securing buy‑in at all levels. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high‑growth, dynamic setting.
