Your Responsibilities Strategic & Managerial Shape and execute regional operations strategy aligned with the company's commercial, safety, and sustainability goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of route analysts and optimization specialists, ensuring training, competency, and succession planning. Oversee team schedules, workload, and continuous learning initiatives (weather interpretation, routing processes, ship-shore communication). Client & Commercial Interface Act as a senior customer-facing representative, providing expert voyage strategy advice. Support clients in contract and claim disputes involving weather or routing (training provided).
