Your Experience You are self‑motivated, have a history of major product accomplishments, and have managed high‑growth SaaS products with significant users in enterprise product development, productivity or collaboration markets. You think strategically yet are detail‑oriented, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and are an advocate for the products you work on. You have a deep curiosity about AI to accelerate everything, care deeply about customer needs and design lovable user experiences. Your attitude is “get it done” and you routinely deliver superb work. You Also Have 7+ years experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company Proven success driving trial‑to‑paid conversion Driven meaningful, measurable product growth Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success Written engaging go‑to‑market content that sparked customer interest Responsibilities This is a unique product management role. We are defining and shaping how product teams at the largest companies build lovable products, and you will help build the tools that make that possible. Interact directly with customers to understand true needs Collaborate with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap Lead a cross‑functional team to product and business success Identify opportunities to build AI‑enhanced capabilities Prioritize functionality based on goals and customer needs Work closely with user experience and engineering to design and build excellent customer experiences Develop core positioning and messaging for new releases Coordinate go‑to‑market activities Measure the use of new features Support the Customer Success team to ensure they represent the product’s value Benefits Base salary range: $130,000 – $180,000 (U.S. hires) Cash‑based compensation includes profit sharing and monthly retirement contributions.
