Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices. Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Parkland through established standards. Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team. Accountable for management and performance of both departments. Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department. Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team. Additional related duties as required About You A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education. 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment. Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset. Holds a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license.
