Position Summary: The Leasing & Resident Experience Manager is a key leadership role responsible for achieving high occupancy levels while ensuring a superior resident experience. This position balances sales performance, marketing initiatives, and resident engagement, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering a welcoming environment. Success in this role directly impacts occupancy, service delivery, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Marketing Manage all leasing activities, including tours, screening, offers, renewals, and notices Conduct personalized property tours highlighting amenities and unique features Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing best-in-class service Prepare, review, and process leases and renewals accurately Track market rents, concessions, and competitor activity to support pricing recommendations Achieve and maintain sales and occupancy targets within assigned properties Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams on leasing campaigns, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives Provide weekly absorption reporting to leadership teams, highlighting leasing performance, traffic trends, and conversion metrics Resident & Community Experience Deliver attentive, personalized service tailored to resident needs Anticipate and proactively resolve resident inquiries and concerns Communicate with new residents before and after move-in to ensure satisfaction Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards Support planning and execution of resident engagement initiatives and community events Offer concierge-style support, connecting residents with local services, amenities, and events Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, leases, and leasing KPIs Collaborate with property operations and maintenance teams to ensure suite readiness and service excellence Ensure brand consistency in all resident communications, marketing materials, and community touchpoints Support Development teams during turnover, commissioning, and early occupancy phases to ensure operational readiness Leadership & Team Management Set clear leasing and resident experience goals aligned with property performance targets Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to leasing and concierge teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence Conduct performance check-ins, coaching, and feedback sessions for team members Coordinate onboarding and training for new team members Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for process improvement Champion cross-functional collaboration with Property Management, Marketing, and Development teams Qualifications & Experience: Post-secondary degree/diploma in business, hospitality, real estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years' experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer experience roles, including team leadership—luxury real estate experience preferred Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management Self-motivated and proactive, with a "no task is too big or too small” approach Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi or similar property management software an asset Multilingual skills are a plus Actively champions diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an environment of belonging Adaptable to evolving responsibilities, from supporting new-build launches to managing stabilized operations Why Join Avalign Ltd: Competitive salary with growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Direct impact on occupancy, resident satisfaction, and community experience Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team
