Responsibilities Articulate OurCrowd’s unique value proposition and specific investment opportunities to prospective and existing investors. Engage investors through thoughtful outreach, personalized conversations, and targeted updates. Assess investor interests, qualify leads, and track activity in Salesforce. Guide new investors through onboarding, assist with their initial investments, and build a long‑term partnership. Strengthen relationships with your existing investor book through proactive follow‑up and exceptional service. Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals and deliver a seamless investor experience. Coordinate with other departments to address investor inquiries efficiently. Strive to consistently meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field – Required. 1-2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment banking, or investor relations – Required. Experience with startups, venture capital, or funds is a strong asset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Salesloft – advantage. A natural curiosity for business, finance, and innovation. Self‑motivation, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. A collaborative mindset and positive team spirit. Base salary range: $50,000–$65,000 CAD, commensurate with experience. This role also includes a performance‑based commission structure, with variable earnings that are not guaranteed.
