Sales Administrator – Job Posting Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. Job Summary: This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sales Manager, with the ability to multitask and interact with customers and team members with courtesy and efficiency. Duties also include: managing vehicle inventory, inputting wholesale data and used car inventory online and file organization. Shift Details: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Flexible scheduling with standard hours of either 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Qualifications Previous automotive experience would be an asset. Customer service experience is essential. Previous administration experience would be considered an asset. High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word. Valid 5f driver’s license, clear driver's abstract and own transportation to and from work is required.
