High Visibility Role / HRBP Leadership / Growth Sector


The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by one of our top clients in the Manufacturing sector to identify a Human Resources Manager to business partner with a growing division.


This role will own and drive the People function for the Division, driving a blend of initiatives. We need a thoughtful and impactful HR Leader to come in, partner with the division executive and take this group to the next level.

Desired Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience with HR Operations in a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment

· Proven Team Leader with a Bias for Action & Dependability

· Strategic Thinker with Lean Mindset
