Job Summary Airport Jobs is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Airline Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team. This role is fully remote, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong data management skills and a keen interest in the aviation industry. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining airline-related data in our systems, ensuring that information is processed efficiently and correctly. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update airline-related data, including flight schedules, passenger records, and cargo details. Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies or errors. Maintain and manage databases to ensure efficient retrieval and processing of information. Collaborate with different departments to ensure data integrity. Generate and analyze reports related to airline operations and performance. Follow company protocols and data privacy regulations to ensure confidentiality. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Assist in resolving discrepancies in airline records and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with airline operations, flight scheduling, or aviation industry data is a plus. Experience 1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in the aviation, logistics, or travel industry. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. Working Hours Flexible working hours depending on project requirements. Part-time and full-time positions available. May require occasional weekend or evening work based on airline schedules. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently. High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Familiarity with cloud-based data management tools is an advantage.
