Job Summary FedEx is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote part-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data across various platforms, supporting our operational efficiency and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry. Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks. Respond to data inquiries and assist team members with data-related tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection and reporting initiatives. Assist in generating reports and summarizing data as needed. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems. Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. Experience in logistics or transportation sectors is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is advantageous. Working Hours Flexible part-time schedule with a commitment of approximately 20-25 hours per week. Availability to work during business hours is preferred; specific hours can be discussed during the interview. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
