We are looking for a experienced and devoted Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Duties:
Oversee the daily activities to ensure smooth operations, maintaining the quality and consistency of our poutine offerings.
Develop and implement service procedures, ensuring quick and efficient service tailored to our fast-paced environment.
Hire and train new team members, ensuring they understand the preparation standards, customer service expectations, and safety protocols unique to our poutine shop.
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours, and regularly evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, monitor daily sales and revenue, and adjust pricing or procedures as necessary to maximize profitability.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, especially in food preparation and handling.
Work with suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices, ensuring a steady supply of the items needed for our menu.

Job Requirements:
-Proven work experience in a restaurant/food service setting.
-Proven customer service experience as a supervisor/manager.
-Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and crew member.
-Familiarity with restaurant management software.
-Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Wage: $18/hr
Hours: 40hr/week, shifts, weekends
