Community Residential Worker

As a Community Residential Worker specializing in supporting individuals with mental health and physical disabilities, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care, support, and assistance to participants within out community. Your primary objective will be to ensure the well-being, safety and social integration.
**Responsibilities**
Provide personalized care and support to participants, adhering to individual care plans and guidelines.
Assist participants with activities of daily living(ADLS), including but not limited to personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for participants, promoting their emotional well-being and social engagement.
Administer medications as prescribed, following established protocols and ensuring compliance with medication management policies.
Collaborate with team members, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members.
**Qualifications**
Basic knowledge of medication administration, first aid, and CPR preferred.
Understanding of confidentiality and privacy laws.
Prior experience working with individuals with mental health and physical disabilities in a residential setting.
A clear up to date Vulnerable sectors check REQUIRED
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: From $22.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
