Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a qualified and motivated Customer Service Representative at our Downsview, ON location with immediate opening. Job Responsibilities Perform inside sales activities and support outside sales force. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s service offerings. Prospect for new customers and demonstrate product benefits. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers. Respond to customer product inquiries in person, via phone or email. Ensure accurate, timely order processing through the computerized system. Provide mechanical assistance when required. Qualifications At least 4 years of industrial or fluid power components sales experience. Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and positive with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while remaining professional. Attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving capability. Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.
