PrimaryRole and Responsibilities will include: MembershipSupport & Development Regularcommunication with existing members on matters directly affecting theiroperationsIdentifynew members using established membership development methodology andcriteriaIdentifyand coordinate regional membership networking opportunitiesCoordinateand/or provide member trainingAttend,plan/coordinate national and regional meetings with membersContributematerial for internal communications Communication& Reporting Submitmonthly, quarterly and annual reportsAttendnational marketing committee and annual member meetingsDocumentationof sales activities Budget& Marketing Plan Hire aBusiness Development Manager and assist with the development of an annualmarketing plan and budgetAssistin implementing marketing plan initiatives while maintaining expenseswithin an allocated budgetKeepabreast of changes within the industry, including customers andcompetition Developmentof New and Existing Accounts Identifyaccount opportunities and maintain a high degree of sales activityHelppromote services nationallyReportactivities and milestones on a regular basis MarketingSupport Attendregional and national trade showsPromoteand coordinate attendance at trade shows, seminars and regional meetingsas necessaryAssistwith RFI / RFP responsesAssistwith national catastrophic response plan and procedures Requirements Skills andQualifications: Enjoysworking in a fast-paced, competitive environmentExceptionalcommunication skills: written, verbal and presentationHighattention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision making5+years of experience in the Insurance or Property Restoration Industry isan asset but not a requirement Location: Ontario (Remote or Hybrid)Industry: Disaster Restoration / Property Damage InsuranceEmployment Type: Full-TimeSeniority Level: Director / ExecutiveSalary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 base, plus performance incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
