Dans le cadre du développement de notre groupe à l’international, nous cherchons un staffing consultant 360° confirmé pour établir notre présence à Montréal.
Rattaché au Directeur Général Adjoint du groupe, vous aurez pour responsabilités principales :
Le développement commercial :
· Ciblage et identification des décideurs / prospects à enjeux
· Mise en place des d’actions commerciales journalières : prospection physique/téléphonique, phoning, et visites spontanées et des partenariats commerciaux
· Assurer une présence commerciale « terrain » hebdomadaire
· Identification des accords-cadres et développement d’une clientèle locale
· Négociation, rédaction et signature des conditions commerciales & tarifaires
· Reporting et suivi en CRM
· Effectuer une veille concurrentielle & appels d’offres
La recherche et délégation de profils :
· Recueillir les besoins en recrutement de vos clients et construction d’un vivier candidats
· Rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi dans le respect des mentions légales
· Sourcing et approche directe
· Réalisation des qualifications téléphoniques
· Réalisation des entretiens de recrutement
· Coordination des candidats et clients (besoins, fiches de postes, placements etc…)
· Gestion des factures - encaissements
· Animation des réseaux sociaux / réseau local
Ce poste se veut évolutif sur un poste de manager à terme et selon votre potentiel avec la gestion de plusieurs centres de profits en lien avec notre développement local. L’objectif étant à terme d’assurer la création de plusieurs agences de recrutement et garantir rentabilité et optimisation.
Le poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers pour créer et développer le portefeuille clients , il est nécessaire pour pouvoir se déplacer quotidiennement dans le centre-ville .
Vos qualités / qualifications :
De formation supérieure (école de commerce, université), vous disposez d’une expérience probante dans le recrutement / développement commercial, idéalement dans le recrutement avec des réussites significatives. Vous êtes une personne de terrain, intrapreneur, astucieux et proactif, résolument investi, porté par le dépassement de soi et les défis .
Autonome, dynamique, créatif, disponible, vos résultats vous permettront d’être crédible et de bien représenter l’entreprise au niveau local. Positif et humain, vous avez des relations de proximité avec toutes les parties pour réussir dans vos missions.
Rémunération 50-55K fixe + commissions, vous justifiez d'une expérience en cabinet de 2-3 ans avec un profil recruteur 360.
