You are a strategic, results-oriented, and driven leader, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our online store while ensuring operational efficiency. You have an obsessive eye for design and brand, but know how to prioritize the highest leverage initiatives to make the biggest impact. You can manage complex systems, build out and refine processes and lead a team to greatness. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing team of direct reports in improving and building out our e-commerce operations Oversee our web strategy and prioritization of UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and customer experience Manage a high-performing store across multiple markets, with strong focus on UX and brand Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product, pre-order, and campaign launches Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention, through merchandising methods, ongoing analysis of product, category, and launch success Drive sales through effective shopping experiences, upsells, and custom bundling experiences Uphold exceptional standards in design, development, process optimization, implementation, alignment across functions, and seamless incorporation of daily business initiatives within routine e-commerce operations. Ensure all functions within website management are performed to specifications at the highest standard, by implementing and upkeeping SOPs, checklists, and task trackers Collaborate cross-functionally to make informed decisions regarding site performance, marketing ROI, and customer behaviors. Collaborate with product and inventory teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and stock management. Maintain readily available product-level performance dashboards with reference to conversion rates, sales, and other key performance indicators Identify opportunities to enhance automation and operational efficiencies. Manage the website budget and allocate resources strategically. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role, preferably within a DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand. Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and digital marketing tools. Expertise in digital advertising, SEO, and customer lifecycle marketing. Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, finance, customer service).
