CBCE is the trusted choice for exchanging significant amounts of foreign currency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, Ontario, for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, including managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing operational performance, managing budgets, and fostering excellent customer service standards. The role also entails implementing strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and support company growth. Qualifications Proven experience in Operations Management and budgeting, with a strong ability to oversee complex business functions. Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for evaluating performance metrics and developing strategic solutions. Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating diverse teams to meet organizational goals. Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Proficiency in organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Prior experience in the financial or exchange industry is a strong asset.
