Full Job Description
A leading financial services company is seeking a
Director of Operations
to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, drive customer growth and retention, and lead a high-performing team. This role also involves launching and scaling a new branch, managing financial performance, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure transactional accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Develop and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards (AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting).
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage budgets, monitor P&L, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Lead and mentor both back-office and front-end teams, setting clear performance metrics.
  • Plan, set up, and successfully launch a second branch location.
  • Maintain robust security and risk management practices to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume transactions, compliance processes, and branch expansion.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, compliance tools, and operational dashboards.
